Subprocessors

Ehraam(“Ehraam”) uses the following subprocessors to provide the Service. Several are optional integrations that only process data when the property enables them. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled generally.

Neither hosting nor backups are listed above: the Service runs on Ehraam's own infrastructure in Hyderabad, India (self-hosted), and database backups are written to and retained on that same infrastructure, so no third party receives your data at rest.
We will update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor that handles personal data. To be notified of changes, or to request a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) incorporating this list, contact support@ehraam.com.
